These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Locarso website and your purchase of products from us. Locarso is a leather footwear brand operated by EVERRISEE LTD, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16742143), with its registered office at 85 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 7LT, United Kingdom.

By accessing or using the Locarso website, or by placing an order with us, you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or place an order.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the website. We recommend that you print or save a copy for your records.

3. Products

We take reasonable care to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and pricing shown on our website are accurate. However, slight variations in colour may occur due to monitor settings and photographic lighting, and we cannot guarantee that your screen will display colours identically to the physical product.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice. If a product you have ordered is unavailable, we will contact you promptly and offer a full refund or alternative.

4. Ordering

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the stated price. Your order does not constitute a binding contract until we send you a confirmation email acknowledging that your order has been accepted and is being processed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund promptly.

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order on our website.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices on our website are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout and will be added to your total before payment.

We accept payment via the methods shown at checkout, which may include major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store your full card details.

If a pricing error occurs on our website, we are not obliged to honour that price. We will notify you of the error and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.

6. Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 to 5 working days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen delivery method. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom and selected international destinations. Delivery charges and timescales for international orders are shown at checkout.

Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@locarso.com with photographic evidence and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

7. Returns & Refunds

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us within this period by emailing info@locarso.com.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and in their original condition
  • Returned in the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Items that show signs of wear, damage caused by the customer, or items returned outside the 14-day window may not be eligible for a full refund at our discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EVERRISEE LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of our website or products.

Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, product photography, and design elements, is the property of EVERRISEE LTD or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent.

10. Use of the Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:
